The Optometrists’ Association of Uganda (OAU) is pleased to announce its Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for 29th June 2025 at the elegant Grand Global Hotel, Kampala. This important event will serve as a platform for reflection, progress, and planning, bringing together professionals from across the country who are committed to advancing optometry in Uganda.

The AGM is free for all registered OAU members, reaffirming our commitment to supporting and engaging our professional community. Non-members are welcome to attend at a fee of UGX 100,000, which offers valuable opportunities for networking, knowledge-sharing, and career development.

A major highlight of this year’s AGM will be the election of new leaders for the association. This is a vital process to ensure strong, transparent, and accountable leadership within the association. All eligible members are encouraged to participate in shaping the direction of OAU.
